Looking for the Iowa High School All-State Poetry Festival?

As much as we’d like to offer information about the Iowa High School All-State Poetry Festival, Finch and Rose has not received any from the originator and owner of the event. The Festival has meant a great deal to us during the previous two years, and it’s been a pleasure reading so much great poetry by high school students.

We want you to be aware of some other opportunities to submit your work for recognition:

* The Iowa Poetry Association offers a high school component to their Lyrical Iowa Competition. Information is at www.iowapoetry.com/lyricaliowa.

* Check out our monthly theme event “WRITE ON...” Registration on our Web site is required to submit entries.
